I self tan and I used to get the orange hand syndrome myself, a quick cheap way I found that prevents it is to put a light moisturiser over your hands then rub a light cover of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly which is 69pence in the UK just before you tan. It really stops orange and knuckles 🙂
