For the record, for those saying I have a big eyelid – you can have a small
or big crease if your eyelids are hooded. The problem is that there’s
extra fat coming down over your crease making it appear very small or not
even visible when your eyes are open. I am always leaning back when I film
videos so my eyelid space will naturally look bigger, but if I look
straight forward it’s not very visible. Also I will be doing an updated
version of this soon to include more details and different shadow
techniques.
omg thank you so much. i would do eyeshadow and it would never look right.
i always said i had “fatty eyelids” but now i know they’re just hooded lol.
i will practice this, thanks again!
What if my mobile lid is completely covered by the fold of fat? You can’t
see it whether I open my eyes OR close them; it’s only visible when I tilt
my head back :(
THANKS for the video!! I always thought I just had fat eyelids and was
doomed. Now thanks to this I know I just have hooded eyelids.
Thank you so much!! As a halfie myself I was confused whether I had single
eyelids or not, then I realised they’re just hooded. So hard to shade 🙁
but I learnt a lot from this vid, thanks!
Thank you it is so hard finding good makeup tutorials for hooded eyes.
I have always been very concerned about my fat eye lids. Now that I know
there is this thing called hooded eye and many people have it I feel much
better. I will not worry about it anymore. Thanks for your explanation and
nice tutorial.
So you’re naturally red-haired ? Wow.. I know 2 other Koreans in person
with red hair ^^ I’m natural blonde haha xD
Cool tutorial, I have hooded monolids and this helped
oh my, mine are over my lashes. 🙁
I love watching your videos. They are always so pleasantly recorded and
presented from the decor, the font, all the way to the music. Always leaves
me with a very comfortable feeling after watching ur vids. And you have
adorable eyes. 🙂
This is definitely one of my favorite tutorials!! We have similar eyes & I
love the music in this video(:
You’re welcome! Hope to use more in the future 🙂
Pretty pretty 🙂 Many thanks for using my tune, Ann. ♥
i also have a hooded eye. and its tricky when i have to make a crease :((
thx for this video ;)) and i like you eyeshadow palette too. its look like
a hair chalk *lol*
You have my eyes, or i have yours! Either way this has been the most
informative video i have watched. I am soooo subscribing! I don’t have to
guess where to put my eye shadow or if i’m doing it wrong. I have favorited
this so i can watch it everyday until i know it by heart. Thank you!
thanks for the sub! took me a while to figure out but once you get the hang
of it it’s very easy to do 🙂
Thanks! I always try to film and edit my videos to be as polished and
unique as possible. Does take me more time to edit but it’s worth it 🙂
Monolids are more fun! It’s like a blank canvas to paint on ^_^
My hair color is naturally red, but I usually dye it dark brown or black.
I love how your makeup and how you edit your videos! which video editor you
use? KISSES FROM MEXICO <3
I use Windows Movie Maker and Adobe Premiere Pro…sometimes I will make
intros (like this one) by making individual frames in Paint and PicMonkey
(online photo editor) to create a simple animation 🙂
thanks 😉
I have monolids!): I wish I had your eyes<3
sexy eyes!
You’re welcome 🙂 Funny you should say that because the actual eyeshadows
are pretty chalky. But it’s pretty tiny so it’s good for travel.
