because the name of the vidio is ” quick makeup tutorial” wich is when your in a rush..so she has obviously done it when she’s in a rush to show you how to do it quick and easy? if she wernt in a rush she would use a brush and proberbly be longer because she wenrnt inm a rush? she kinda had to be to show you to do it quick.read the discription&title before you ask theses questions.
