#YAYTEAMPURPLE my fav color is purple as well I used to do semi color rinses when i was relaxed but I haven’t tried it natural but since ive been natural my gray streak in the front of my head shows thru so much more I may have to permanent color it I think I may have to start back playing with the color this summer tho cause its cold here now so not too much sun but yeah this color just gets me excited to do so especially seeing it in the sun. #Beautiful hair Taren# love the afro

I was not sure if Taren replied to your request for ways to lighten your hair naturally… I use hydo-peroxide to lighten my hair.. half peroxide, half water in a spray bottle.. spray on dry or wet hair and use the blow dryer or sunlight to dry hair. It will take a few times of using this method but it always works for me and does not dry out my hair like bleach would.. Hope this helps..

I dye my hair a lot of times but never tried purple , got to try it ! But to not get bleeding wash your hair with cold water

It won’t get ruined unless you bleach it a million times bleach is what kills the hair the dye doesn’t. So go for it!

just a friendly FYI – the pink wasn’t a true pink because the colour you applied it over was kinda purple… and it shines through!!! If you wanted a true pink you should have done a bleach wash first to remove as much of the undesired tone first. not a manic panic thing!!!

I recomand la rishe ”Direction” it lasts really long and they have a lot of colors I just don’t know what pink you should get but I guess carnation pink and flamingo pink are both fine
