im so new at makeup , so i was wondering could you set with maybelline’s pressed powder? and also use it as a foundation? after moisterizing?

Very nice pictures Eman. So glad you were happy with them! Your makeup always looks very clean and well executed. I’m looking for suggestions (technique) on applying lower eye makeup as I tend to get a ‘tired’ look after rimming my waterline with black or brown.
