Quick question for anyone here: Makeup does not seem to stick to my skin.
I can apply a ton of it and it really doesn’t matter what brand it is (I
usually use Urban Decay)–my skin just seems to “absorb” it for lack of a
better term. Same with liquid liner. I apply it and a minute later I look
again and half of it is gone and I only see skin. Why is this happening?
Any tips?
