What I tent to do is have my hair similar to the specific style i want the next day and try hold it in place with some gel or hairspray and the next day because i didnt wash my hair out my hair becomes easily controllable and i can style it to my hearts content. But eventually your hair will get used to it and you wont have to prepare from the previous day. – Hope this helped.
