They dont actually. It´s just that they´ve got A LOT more hair growing on their face and that protects their skin.
I´m not saying all guys go around with beards but the fact that they have more hair on their face (whether they sahve or not) protects it in a way girls skin doesn´t.

I don’t know if they sell Hard Candy there, but here in the u.s at walmarts they sell a brand called Hard Candy and they have a very nice primer for 8 dollars.
