veryyy beautifullllllllllllllll
ok cool…thanks 🙂
Thanks so much! Those are hilite wraps. They come in short, medium, and long lengths.
what are those material sheets called that u r using instead of foils?nice job :)
Very pretty!
Bleach is usually a one to one ratio, but you can add more or less peroxide if you like your consistency thinner or thicker. Toners are different mixtures for different brands.
hi favatat i would like to know how do you mix your bleach and your toner?
im Currently in school and your videos are so helpful.
Thank you so much, i will try that.
Thanks! You know it is hard to say without actually seeing the client, but I’m going to say I would do Highlights and low-lights on the whole head. I would use a level or 7 for my low-lights. I would color her hair between the foils (bumping up her base) to a level 6.
I would use a demi permanent:)
Hi i love watching your videos. I have a client that is coming in to get her hair fixed and need advice. She is a level 4 on her roots and allover like a 10 but it went very brassy yellow and she thinks they did color and low lights. She want not to be blonde blonde but some dimensions of light blonde with level 9 low light, she dont want red wants more natural low and high lights. what would you suggest to do in this case?
Hi, I got a bob cut yesterday, I am blonde, like almost pale to golden blonde. so the lady told me that I could add like a chunky low-lite and I was going to use like a choclate brown. So, she told me to just do one side in like a chunky style and sort of angle it and then, on the other side of my hair, just lowlites on a small piece of hair underneath my hair, where I still have length. What do you think? This is like a high end salon that I went to. Do you have a video on this at all?
I want to color over my highlights and have my hair be a single color. Would u recommend semi or perm color?
All I can say is practice makes perfect. 🙂
it’ll be my first time doing highlights/lowlights/color , any tips / recommendations besides watching it ?
It processed about a half hour. Just watch the bleach parts really close, if it seems processed before the low-lights rinse it out with a water bottle.
Favatat , i have a client who wants highlights and lowlights for an upcoming wedding. how long did the whole process take for you to do ?im super nervous & i dont want her hair to fall out 🙁 !
I love how you highlight such short hair I recently had a hair disaster & had to get a cut as short as your models even shorter layers at the back yet no hairdresser is confident enough to foil my hair!!
I’ve never used permanent foam dyes, just the temp. ones. You might want to try a subtle Ombre Hair look. You would just have to darken up your roots with a darker blonde.
Also! I have platinum blonde hair and I wanted to put some lowlights in my hair, or like a darker blonde for my base color (I’m going for a natural beach blonde look this summer). I was thinking of just foiling off all the hair i did NOT want to darken, then dye the rest that’s unfoiled.
For dying the unfoiled hair, would you recommend using a traditional gel dye(like you’re doing in this video)or could I use one of those new foam dyes? I feel like a foam dye could spread a little easier? idk
Love watching your videos! Learn a lot. very informative! Thank you!
You are always going to get some damage with anything you do to your hair. I always say a little damage is good…gives the hair some body:)
I would like to get my hair in highlights. I have dirty blonde hair and I never touched my hair with any chemicals. I am now 22. I love my hair color just want to try something diff. I def dont want any bleach in the chemicals. But is there any other alternative that wouldn’t cause damage to my hair color?

thanks a lot for your videos,,, i’m a big fun of yours favata,,, i learned more from your vids than in school,,, they are clear, simple and really educational =)
Touch ups can vary fro 3-6 weeks, depending on how fast your hair grows. Yes the hair that you lost will grow back. You might want to try another formula, maybe your scalp is sensiive to the product.. Hope this helps..
I have two more question how long should you wait to retouch up on the roots my natural hair color is dirty blond and i color it black. I started having hair loss since I started coloring my hair will the hair that loss grow back
I would either go darker with an violet base or next time you do a touch up overlap into the brassy parts. Highlights can alway add more dimension… 🙂
Sorry I have never tried that color line:(
