some people have success with curlformers or bendy rollers– I can’t vouch for it myself as I haven’t been brave enough to make such an investment. I would say try larger twists or braids. look for a tutorial on how to make french rope braids and make two of those. I’ve tried that with wet hair and it took too long to dry, but it’s a good way to wear 2nd day curly hair, and some people like the way it looks if they wear it overnight and take them apart in the morning.

@TheBrownsugarchic It must not have been too strong so when she washed her hair, her curls came back, maybe not as curly as her hair was before though 🙂

Sorry its been a while since I’ve done this video. She had a relaxer in her hair a while beck (not sure if there was much left), it was a kids relaxer and if anything it just relaxed the curl.
how does her hair have curls if she has a relaxer?

How do you leave in the conditioner when you wash your hair? Any specific tips for doing that?
I do this sorta thing with dutch braids and french braids. if ur hair is thick you get a lot of volume.
