@klpayton No I didn’t use much product a few days before so there was no
need for me to shampoo. I just applied the conditioner and rinsed it well,
blow dried and flat ironed. But you have to know your hair and its ability
to withstand build up. You may want to shampoo your hair first just to be
sure.
