So is is better to let this sit on the skin a minute or two before (an let
it sort of “dry up” a bit) before applying foundation? Or is it better to
apply the foundation right after you put this on?
Nevermind. I tried both ways, and my skin looked much smoother when I
applied the foundation right after this, without waiting. It also helped
the application be even more smooth.
