Her eyes are really pretty but I think she kinda smuged the top eyeliner too much. It looks like she rubbed the top of her eye and forgot she had makeup on.
i have like gold hair and really light grey blue eyes with a navy outer rim, and 90% of the time these makeup tutorials look really bad on me :/

I have dark brown hair and medium pale skin with blue eyes, i find that bronze and browns do very well for me, using lighter browns (up towards gold) will make my eyes appear brighter. Using darker browns (like brown eye liner) will make your eyes darker. The light around your eye is what makes it look paler or brighter or darker. Your hair color can be a contributing factor, IF you ARENT wearing makeup, and your skin really just indicates wither you can pull off peach/coral or golds/bronzes!
I love how all “blue eyes” tutorials are directed towards pale blondes with light blue eyes.
Yeah, sorry I have dark brown hair, medium skin and grey blue eyes… guess I should just slap on everything and hope for the best because nobody cares to cater to minorities.
