Cold pressed castor oil is excellent in making your hair grow. Rub in into your scalp every night, you’ll find your hair growing in.

Bioton AGREED! It helps so much and I personally take it and have tons of baby hairs. Plus shouldn’t be using the small rubber bands that tend to pull hair out or cause a lot of breakage. Also if not taking a multivitamin and drinking a lot of water, you should. It helps with that as well and making your hair strong.

I am a nurse and you should NOT be putting vitamin E oil on your scalp.. You should however take vitamin E oil capsules or biotin (which is amazing)instead. (I have my cosmo licence as well) Anyways if you should use vitamin E oil, I suggest you put it on your ends ONLY! Putting it on your scalp will further clog and damage your pores in the scalp. The reason for thinning hair in medical terms can be alot of things, But one can be damanged pores.

Hi, thanks for posting. I have noticed that my hair is getting really thin and I have just figured out what might be causing it: dry shampoo!!! Google it! Shocking, as that is what you would use to create more volume, but it does more damage than good.
I am definitely never using it again and will use mousse from now on to create more volume. Just wanted to let you know xxx

Girl, I love your hairstyle and I too, have thin hair and it’s blond, but no bald spot yet, but you are so pretty. Can I recommend something though? I think you should use a baking soda treatment on your hair, you know, mixed with water and that will get out all the chemicals in your hair. I think you’re doing way too much pulling. But I loved the end results.
I see you have a lot of views and a lot of comments, but I had to add mine, after reading some of the ignorant, nasty stuff some people have said. You are lovely and it was very good of you to put this tutorial on. It may be a method others have known of, but I didn’t and I intend to give it a try! You would cry if you had hair as thin, limp, fine, and weird as mine, but you are lovely, and lovely overcomes many other faults!

My hair is also very thin. After years of mistreating my hair 2 years ago i finally called it quits. I havent used any product,no gel,mouse,or hairspray, I havent even colored my hair. For 2 years everytime I wash my hair I apply moroccan oil afterwards to damp hair. My hair is thicker and healthier than ever.My ends barely split,new hair started growing,and it isnt brittle and thin in texture anymore.When I style my hair i dont even need product and I have curly hair,Moroccan oil saved my hair!
wow people are so rude. its as if they intentionally try to hurt others. if you arent pleased with this tutorial go see another but theres really no reason to be so unkind. im sure weve all done things that may damage our bodies to look good. i have very fine hair and i do the same thing. however i have one tip. i know this hurts my hair so i put almond oil in my hair overnight 2x a week to keep it healthy. it works pretty well.

I hate when people tell people with fine hair to cut it shorter and layer it. It doesn’t work, and then you just have fine hair that is shorter, and no option to pull it back into a ponytail on lazy days. Thank you for sharing your tips, you achieve good volume. I used to have very long hair but it was really fine and thin…I cut it all off into a angle bob and now my hair seems like it is thicker… I cut it a year ago to my upper neck and now its past my shoulders…What I use is volumizing products and back comb and I only wash my hair 2 times a week…
it looks exactly the same at the beginning and end…
