Hello … can you tel us her natural color is mdark blond or ?
Hey Tammy where are you located? I would love an appt with you, everytime I have my hair colored I never get the result I want and everything is brassy
It depends…If your using bleach you might need a toner, you can apply that after.
I have a question, after you rinse the highlights you dont put anything on them, i mean hair dye or something else???
There are so many variations of hair color, you have to make sure you are using the right one. Before you try anything at home I would take a test strand. XO
I have a question, I want to touchup my now,(faded )golden blonde highlights on darkbrown hair ( I am not worried about touching up the roots), I just want to make the color “fresh” again. I went to the salon to get it done in the summer, and I want to do it at home. Can I use 10% developer with any permanent hair dye, and brush it on my hair?
It really is a matter of preference. If you weave the sectopns it comes out more blended. If you slice, it will show up a little more.
ok i have a question. My friend has always done my highlights. she went to paul mitchell school and she takes one section and goes in and out of that section. you use the whole section of hair. whats the difference in the highlight when doing this?
Well i like its but i have dark brown hair so um how do u do light brown streaks
It’s foil especially for highlights:)
awesome!!!!
It depends how dark your hair is to begin with. You should expect to lift your hair any lighter then 4 levels with bleach and keep it healthy. You might need a higher level of developer…or maybe your not leaving it on long enough. Hope this helped:)
I absolutely love the way you do hair. I have never been to school, but i have a ridiculous knack for doing hair. (not to mention i’m a knowledge nerd and will learn anything i can!) I have long hair and no matter what i do i can’t get rid of my red. I’m beginning to think i should just keep it, but i dont want orange when i do highlights, and I have tried bleaches and lighteners from all corners of the world. Am i just stuck? or is there something i can do about it?
love that color is very nice
I’m a home salon owner and have been a stylist since 93… I tumbled across your You Tube channel, and I LOVE the way you do your color! So much fun… I like your reviews also. Keep up the fun Tami! 🙂
I HATE SHAMPOOING THAT -_-
She had virgin hair.
Carmel colored highlights look good on darker hair or copper..
No toner..just the color:)
Thank you:)
it looks VERY natural
Did you lighten her hair first then applied the lv 7 color Or did she have virgin hair so you could lift her color without using a lightner?
I want to add some dimension for my hair, but it’s black what colors do u suggest? Thank you for your time 🙂 ur videos r great
Love the color did u use a toner on the highlights
Tammy, my you always be bless in everything you do! Thank you for sharing your knowledge in the most friendly way. Since I am sure you know this is the most hard industry to be a part of.
