My main problem after looking into using airbrushing is how to apply sunscreen somewhere in the routine with it. Any suggestions?

I would definitely have to disagree with the comments about dinair. I have been using it for six months and I love it!!! The key is it takes practice and getting use to and depending on your skin type you have to use face primers and a very good moisturizer underneath it. I also took their workshop class to become certified and to learn more techniques on applying it and it definitely makes a difference, once they show you the correct way. I did not like the luminess system.

  5. @abrokendecember i agreed, didn’t like dinair system either. It felt dry after application and rubbed off too easily. So i went back to using EL double wear light.

  6. have u heard of dinair? i’ve used it but not much of fan. not sure if it breaks me out. after seeing ur video i want to try airbrush makeup again .

I prefer brushes….they’re fun and make me feel girly. This would just make me feel like a car going in for a lube and shine…i dunno…just a bit “intense” for just doing makeup…to each their own though.

You’re skin looked flawless before you put on the the airbrush makeup! How do you keep it flawless like that?

  16. It’s such a fine mist and is diffused over a big enough area that you would honestly have to try really super hard to create a line of demarcation. It definitely won’t happen on accident. =) The shades are rather forgiving and two are included, you only have to be as specific as fair, med, tan, dark.

  17. Extra virgin means it’s comes from the first pressing of the olives, so it’s the most nutrient rich. It shouldn’t make a huge difference, and I’d continue using what you have if it’s working for you. Perhaps pick up the extra virgin next time, but not a big enough deal to switch right away.

  18. It sounds like the person that applied it just wasn’t very good at it. It can cover scars and pimples.

  19. It does look better than the regular way once you get the hang of it. You can achieve a more even and flawless finish. Like I said in the video though, there is a learning curve so if you try it out make sure you give yourself time to adjust.

  20. I haven’t tried the matte version. I have oily skin too, the biggest problem I have is that as the oil comes out during the day it breaks down the makeup and then when I blot it comes right off. What has completely solved this problem for me is a long wearing formulation. My absolute favorite is Almay TLC but Revlon Colorstay or Estee Lauder Double Wear are also good choices. I haven’t found a mineral foundation that provides the staying power and oil control that the long wearing does.

  21. i have super oily and acne prone skin. will mineral makeup work for me? like bare minerials matte???

  22. MsPinkaholic0405 says

it will look better because the airbrushing will create a smoother surface than say, a stippling effect with a brush

My daughter and I are “real” makeup product junkies. We have discussed weither this would be a good kit to buy. Does the foundation look better air-brushed on as opposed to the regular way. Fingers, makeup brush, sponge, etc…. Any comments will be appreciated. Really enjoy your videos. Thank you for the time you put into your channel.
