i dont know if you will even reply, but I have some eyeliner (pencil) that
i got it a kit of eye shadow and it DOES NOT want to get on my face. Ive
tried sharpening it. I try to apply it to my face, but nothing happens. I
don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, because i am new to eyeliner or if
its just a cheap brand (that i cant remember). If someone could help me out
i would appreciate it.

Not to be rude or anything like that but tbh you are not suppoused to use
pencil on your waterline because it can cause an infection. Trust me. I
know. I want school for this stuff.
