The only product that I use other than a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is a light leave in conditioner in the winter( I live in NY near the Lake) to prevent static. I can style my hair with little expertise in under ten minutes using a tourmaline blow style brush – square- I don’t do my hair in sections like stylists- I brush it against the style for fullness and back- using a ion shine blow dryer. My style is foolproof and I receive a lot of compliments.
I have fine, straight hair ( with the exception of some cowlicks) and a lot of it. I would never go to the extent that you go to to style that hair. It’s not realistic to do all that in the real world with real women who aren’t stylists or models. I have a stylist who is a saint. I have my hair layered and cut into a slightly below chin length bob with feathered bangs. It looks like a Sasoon style and it’s foolproof. My hair is healthy and shiny.
