I will never understand why people feel the need to pursue “natural makeup”, you have flaws, you cover them, Why is it so bad to do that? If anything it tells people that you make an effort.

Yes the one he was using was, foundations come in all different forms, liquid, powder and cream foundation are most common

  9. Why is he using his hands to dab on powder? Unless… she asked for hand marks all over her face.

    oh, ok! thanx!

  11. Powder is just so set your foundation and make it last longer and matte out any shinyness in some cases. If you’re happy with the way your makeup is, it isn’t compulsory 🙂

  12. Untrue, ideally go for a transparent powder or a translucent that matches your foundation colour. Transparent is always best to go for.

  13. Actually, it’s fine to use your hands as a makeup artist as long as they are clean. If fact, with certain products it’s better to as the warmth in your fingers/hands assists in application such as foundations and concealers, any other cream products. The only thing I found extremely strange was the way they applied the powder! I also think it was so that people could use these “tips” without worrying about tools. And they can do it at home themselves! 🙂

I thought makeup artists r ment 2 use brushes not fingers u dippie! UNHYGIENIC TWAT ALERT!

I have dark kin.. Is it true that the colour of your loose powder gphas to be lighter than youtpr foundation colour!

  17. I just discovered primer a few weeks ago when i went to buy new foundation at sephora, and it’s amazing! at first i didn’t really think it was worth it, but now i totally do! Even if you put just the primer on, it makes your skin (well at least it does for me) sooo soft and smooth, and if there’s any dead skin that would normally show with just foundation, it looks way better when you use primer first. i haven’t heard about an after powder though… prob not gonna try that. too much work

That’s TOO MUCH make-up on one’s face. The skin can’t breathe; in summer one feels sticky and runny; and nobody would ever dare to hug or kiss you as he would get all these products on his shirt and in his mouth. yakkkkkk.

petroleum jelly can’t clog up pores, the molecules are way too big to slide into pores, thus the substance is non-comedogenic. if acne results from using it, it’s because the face is dirty and the dirt and bacteria are trapped between the layer of the jelly and the skin. – my mum is a dermatologist
