YOU SOUND LIKE A NEWS REPORTER! 😀
is it weird if say i instantly liked you even better once you said you ‘d never used urban decay primer potion
Thank for this update. I will be watching for Emily’s take on the NYX, and Palladio eye primers. NYX has 4 different eye primers so it will be interesting to see what Emily thinks of each one.
Thank you Emily for doing this in depth review of primers. To see that one eyeshadow color look so different over various primers is very impressive. Very informative, and again thank you so much.
i have been watching all your vids, oldest to newest and I was dying to hear your opinion on eye primers! thank you! nice job as always : D
LOVE the Mary Kay eye primer! Great review!
You are my favorite guru for reviews.
For everyone asking about NYX and Palladio, I don’t know that they had come out with eye primers at this time. She made this video in 2009, after all. It’s been three years. If you watch some of her newer videos, she does mention liking NYX and Palladio’s eye primers a lot. They may have even been mentioned in her most recent Emily Awards, I’m not sure. I think that she would definitely recommend buying either, though
i like you you’re cool ^_^
I’d be curious to know how the Urban Decay Primer Potion, Palladio eye primer, and MAC paint pots compare to all of the others.
and what NYX?
What about the NYX eye primer? That one is pretty good in my opinion.
the mineral elf primer is better than the $1. my naked 2 from urban decay shadows crease within 4 hours with the $1 primer 🙁
I use the elf $1 primer. It works for it’s price.
Excellent, honest review. Thanks for doing such great non-ditzy makeup videos. I’m a corporate attorney and I like my makeup to look like yours. I agree w your picks. Shadow insurance is my fave. FYI – it can separate a bit in the tube, so cap it & squeeze back & forth before using. Ppl who find it too oily should use less!
I have a lotion called Clean and Clear pore minimizer finishing lotion and I was wondering if you could review that. I LOVE your videos I watched four hours straight of them last night -3
@chocolot888 I have tried both the $1 and the mineral primer. The mineral primer worked a little better as far as staying power, bit started to irritate my eyelids after a couple of days. If you don’t have sensitive skin, I’d definitely go with the mineral. The $1 one is not bad though- it works OK for me. 🙂
PLEASE REPLY! would you say the mineral line elf primer is better than the $1 primer?
Thank you so much for this review, I actually know what to buy now and I’ve tried the Loreal Decrease and I have oily lids, it didn’t do much for me either. I applied that and then applied a powder and then my eyeshadow but it wasn’t all that I thought it would be. I hadn’t really tried on many different color eyeshadows with it so I wouldn’t know the vibrancy but, I didn’t like it at all because of the creasing and at the end of the day it would start to fade
Can you do a new review of UDPP? thanks.
Has anyone ever told you that you look like Robin from How I Met You Mother? AND you’re a news anchor, what irony..
Great review! Thank you so much!!!
