I love your videos Wayne. I don’t use much makeup during the day because as
an Aussie it is too bloody hot so it just melts off and I end up looking
like a wax dummy caught in a heat wave. However, when I do I find this
trick really works and my foundation stays on much better.
p.s. I find your videos very informative and useful. Although they are
entertaining I find a lot of other makeup tutorials full of chatting or
giggling and not getting down to the business of helping me look as good as
possible without the use of a sandblaster and industrial strength plumber’s
putty. Thanks so much for sharing your tricks and tips. I appreciate all
the time you give to be so helpful. :-)
Thank you so much for this tip ! Can I ask you something please? Due to
medication I sweat a lot, also in my face. Will this loose powder help
stopping the transpiration? Or what else can I do to stop this?
Especially in summer this is a big problem to me. I live in Belgium, so
temperatures here are normal but it still is a problem to me. Can you help
me please? Thank you ! Love your video’s !!
Your methods are amazing, your tutorials are straight to the point, and
even your personality is lovely. I cannot wait to try this! Thank you!
I’m gonna try it right now. Yesterday it like 40degrees and I walked from
the house to the car and it was so bloody hot my makeup started dripping
down my face, my forehead makeup was sitting on my nose and cheeks…not a
good look. Time to give your method a try ♡
I have really dry skin. By the end of the day my foundation looks cakey, my
lines under the eyes look twice as big and deep and it is very patchy
around my mouth and nose. Thank you for the tip about large pores and the
natural brush. Worked wonderfully. I’m excited to try this in the morning.
The lights at work are fluorescent and unforgiving about any areas of wear
on the face
What’s the difference between pressed and loose powder, please
It doesn’t work for dry skin????
please help us who have really oily skin! I have tried so many of your oily
skin techniques and I am still oily after 1pm. if I use the powder method
my foundation becomes cakie. Also, all the name brand of primers break me
out even the ones for oily skin – I am just don’t know how to make it last
longer :(
Love, love, love his makeup tips!
+gossmakeupartist Tried this reverse method and my made up skin looked
impeccable. I am very impressed. I have dry skin and my make up stayed
untouched for 6 hours, afterwhich I notice my foundation started to cake
and I had to retouch with a press powder. It’s not a problem as I hardly go
through that length of time without touch-ups. Thanks for the tip.
Awesome Tip!!! Wayne Can you Please do a Video Showing the Steps to Conceal
For Dry Skin so it Looks Flawless!!! And Doesn’t Crease, look Cakey or Like
Raccoon Eyes!!! Really loving these Tips & Tricks Vids because of You Im
looking like a Million Bucks at 44 !!! Thx
This is a wonderful technique and I want to try it. Now, you said to follow
it in succession, when should I do concealing? I have hyper pigmentations
and scarring so concealing is a must for me.
This & your “how to stop your concealer from creasing under your eyes”
video are the 2 best tips I’ve ever gotten & used in reference to makeup
application. I cannot thank u enought bc these tips are GAME CHANGERS!!!
I have tried this technique, however, noticed that when I put on my
foundation it smears everything and creates a patchy look where i have to
take everything off and start all over.. What am I doing wrong? (I make
sure everything is blended correctly and applied properly before moving to
the next step. )
Thank you +gossmakeupartist ! More than anything I LOVE that you’re very
straightforward and your sincerity just exudes through my computer screen
🙂 Keep doing what you’re doing!
LOVED IT!!!! I’m going to try it….
thank you….
I loved this tip. I tried it and I have oily skin so powdered after the
foundation. I really loved the result
I love all your videos and ideas, however, something weird about watching a
guy who sports facial hair putting on makeup. Well, actually even a GUY
putting on makeup is weird. Your videos ARE really helpful though. Thanks.
+gossmakeupartist Of course this sounded crazy but since YOU were
recommending it, I tried it. AMAZING. I have drier skin and my makeup
tends to cake on the surface, but I need full coverage. I used Olay
moisturizer, light dusting of ELF HD loose translucent powder, Revlon 24
hour Colorstay, then concealer, cream highlighter, set with another light
dusting of ELF powder and then MAC powder blushes. I have an airbrushed –
full coverage look with no caking!
Thank you, thank you, a million times, thank you
Can you be any more brilliant?! I accidentally added powder before my
concealer one day and found that it worked and it didn’t cake. I can’t wait
to try this all over my face. Thank you, you’re the best Wayne!
Omg, great tip! I’ve been doing this for years!! One day I was half asleep
from being out to late the night before, and I accidentally powdered with
the Tarte loose powder before I put my foundation on… I didn’t have time
to start over, so I was like screw it and just threw my foundation over it,
I was amazed at how it turned out, and how long it lasted. So I tested it
again the next day and Yep it works!! So I’ve been doing it since when I
need my makeup to stay on all day! And for clients that want serious
staying power & coverage! 🙂
Wow! I love watch your videos. You are a great inspiration, and I am
learning a lots of tricks with you. We ‘women from all over the world”
needs your guidance and expertise in makeup’s fashion. Thank you precious.
Wayne, I have only just discovered you several days ago and cannot stop
watching. This suggested new way (order) to apply foundation is wonderful.
I tried it yesterday and hours after I made up my face my husband
commented on how wonderful my “new” makeup looked. I loved it, too. Thank
you so much for this and all of your many tips, kindness and sense of
humor.
Congrats!
Thank you!
wait, I was in class, nevermind… 🙁 But I’m so happy to have seen you on
my local news channel)

You mentioned that you can help someone create a look, pick out what makeup
to purchase and also a lesson. I’m interested in that, how would I go about
organizing that?
