You are going to do the exact same steps except for the Navy Palette.
Cream Base
Light Shimmery blue
Deep Rich Matte Color in the “V” use same color for lower liner
Dark liner on top lid
Deeper Richer Blue in the “V”
False lashes here if you are using them
Lighter Shimmery Blue in the inner lid
Voila
