  1. Ladies, to a 16 year old (young girl) a 25 year old is “mature”….fact of life…. for most people, older (or mature) is always 10 years older than your own age….

  2. CirclingSkies says

What’s that other girl sitting there for? Please tell me she’s not supposed to be the “mature woman” HA!!

  3. How old is the model? 18? Bad choice

  4. aussiedonna50 says

I am STILL looking for the “mature” woman in this video!

  5. teressa18 says

wow I totally agree, if I use a creamy liquid I have to put a powder on top of it to suck up the oil…. and wow did not realize we were suppose to wrinkle up by our eyebrows!!! Now I am scared, and when does it happen, no shimmer it shows wrinkles is what she said, I am 41 and my eye lid and brow bone are totally wrinkle free and crows feet have barely started!!! No one I know who are in their 40’s have wrinkles up by brow bone or eye lid… guess she outta research a little more

    What name brand foundation?

  9. Mariel Neal says

Your advice about using creamy and liquid make up does not apply to eveybody, I am over 40 and still have oily skin, I can not use those because my skin would break, so do not generalize, same thing with shimmery shadows.

What pathetic info! That kiddo has no idea or the experience to advise an older woman what she should wear…especially when her model used shows no reflection of what she’s talking about!!
Maybe you should take your own advise because your makeup doesn’t exactly look great….infact it’s kinda sluttish!!

  11. p.s.
Seems like a talking head presentation and not very captivating. Why not show us what you mean, rather than talk abstractly about what you mean.

  12. Is that woman sitting there with NO WRINKLES supposed to be her sample of a mature woman? Just seeing the younger women that are used as samples in many of these videos is a little crazy making.

  13. puremanna says

Her comments about the types of MakeUp mature women can’t wear are really depressing and not true. I think that if a mature woman finds a color or product that she likes, then find a way to wear it. Be it ever so subtle. That goes for eye shadow, nail color, etc. If you’re not sure how to wear or apply your favorite product or color consult a MakeUp Artist/Guru and get hooked-up

  14. TV make up is heavier than “real” day time make up though.

  15. icepickmeetstemple says

The model looks really depressed for a second the first time the hostess says “mature woman.”

  16. Susan Lopez says

    Not very helpful.
Sould address specific issues rather than just the comment about shimmer shadow as everone knows that.

  17. ammaretto says

one thing that really ages a woman is black liner on top & botttom lids…Stop it ladies!!!

  18. Bridgejones08 says

i think you were spot on with your tips,

  19. only1pinuchi says

This was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that you not be so redundant in your presentation. Also you didn’t mention anything about eyeliner. Whats your take on late 40s wearing liquid eyeliner? I also noticed that your makeup is pretty thick and heavy, you might want to lighten up a bit yourself. No offense. Take care and thanks
