You will just love it! Let me know what you think of it. =) And, if you get any pictures, I’d love to see how it turned out for you. You can share them on Bramble Berry’s Facebook page.
I actually think I might buy this now 🙂 I’m taking ur advice
I think this would be a great project for you and if you have any questions, I am totally here to help! =)
It’s always fun to watch! And in my opinion, it’s even more fun to make. =)
Ditto. I’ve watched each video at least twice.
I might try this one because I can’t use any eyeshadow that isn’t mineral or cream due to an eye injury.
I never actually buy any of these things they use in tutorials I just like to see how they make it
You can totally change on the colors in the eyeshadow to make it more vivid and there is even a Vivid Eyeshadow Kit on Bramble Berry’s website that has bright and fun colors. =)
the color quality of the make up is so dry… not vivid
Hi Leanza! I make these videos so that people who want to control the ingredients that are in their soaps, bath and body products and makeup can do so. This way, you can say that you made it and that you know that all the ingredients are safe to use on your skin. =) But, you can always buy it from the store as well.
why would you use ingridients and share it to use that you actualy now that everyone dont have buying eyeshadow is cheaper than buyin ingridients you can lost $30 in your wallet just buy an eyeshadow that will only cost$10 to $20!!
You need a Minerals Mate tray for that.
Thanks!
We haven’t made them into pressed eyeshadow palettes yet, but that is a great idea! Let us know if you figure out how to do it. Currently we store them in Bramble Berry’s Classy Lip Butter Pots. 🙂
Since you only add water when you are applying this makeup, you don’t actually need a preservative. If you were to keep it in water then entire time, I would suggest a preservative like Optiphen Plus to keep any microbes or bacteria from growing in it!
How would you go about making these into pressed eyeshadow palettes?
How do you preserve the makeup
0:51 The start :)
Hi Leah! The purpose of the bases is so you can play around with the colors and create your own bright and fun eye shadows. The simple eye shadow recipes are ones that we have created so you don’t have to play around with the colorants if you just want simple colors.
I just got in my kit & I’m a bit confused. The book shows eye shadow base recipes, and then it goes on to list simple eye shadow recipes. What’s the purpose for the base formulas? Do you make the base of your choice shimmer/matte & add whatever simple eye shadow recipe you want to that, or do you just make each recipe as stated without mixing any of the base to it. I don’t want to screw anything up & I’m anxious to get started 🙂 If making Lg batched do you add the whole recipe of color to base?
Thx
Currently the kit is out-of-stock, but you can purchase the ingredients by themselves on Bramble Berry’s website!
You can buy the ingredients on Bramble Berry’s website! Just look for Mineral Makeup. 🙂
