  1. To those who are saying that diet doesn’t have anything to do with acne…
I am living proof that that is false. What you eat affects your hormones
and hormones DEFINITELY impact the state of your skin! I have (had)
hormonal acne… and after a year of struggling learned that what I was
eating (lots of refined sugar and dairy, also hormone injected beef) was
making my hormones go haywire, giving me terribly embarrassing, painful
cystic acne that covered my cheeks and chin. I cut ALL processed sugar and
most dairy, and now I can’t believe that the skin on my face is actually
mine. And I made such a small change!! I’m not saying that this is how it
is for everyone, but honestly… just follow your gut. And hey, cutting
crap out of your diet can’t hurt, can it? If you have a feeling that a
certain food is causing your acne, cut it out for a week or two and see
what happens. But like I said, everyone’s skin and chemistry is different.
Just… PLEASE. If I had listened to those commenters saying that diet is
irrelevant, my skin would never have cleared up and I can’t even IMAGINE
what terrible state it would still be in.

selection. Not to mention… it’s super cheap ;)

good and I don’t want to pick the wrong one:)

  4. If your skin is oily try a mattefying primer, it helps a ton!

You should use W2 or W1 instead. Even though you have cool-toned skin, the
yellow in the W2 shade will counteract the redness from the acne and
neutralize your skin tone. This is my favorite drugstore foundation because
it actually has a range of yellow-based colors.

Is this foundation good with sensitive skin and covering small bumps on
your face? Because when i buy a certain foundation and wear it my skin just
gets worse and idk what to do
